Custom-built metal filter housingWe had a maintenance manager with a customer that we have worked with for some time reach out to us to see if we could supply them with an old filter housing for their application. The filter housing that they were requesting had been discontinued a long time ago in favor of more standard designs. The customer had a number of requisite specifications for the housing, including a very specific bolt pattern on the head of the housing due to space and clearance requirements in the location that they required this unit.

In working with our engineering team and suppliers, it was determined that the housing that this customer required did not meet any stock/standard units in the industry. We were able to work with our production team to source and build a custom housing to meet the customer’s needs, and work with the same elements as their existing housing.

In the end, not only were we able to find a solution to the customer’s stringent requirements and meet their unique needs, but we were also able to save them money compared to similarly-sized standard offerings of our competitors. We were also able to supply an interchange to the original elements that they were using, that meet the same levels of quality and filtration, while netting the customer substantial savings.

Thanks to our broad range of available products and dedicated team of knowledgeable experts, which allow us to meet the various unique customer requirements, Precision Filtration Products was able to find a solution for the customer that ended up being a perfect fit!
